After submitting your monthly gift of $19 or more please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your Love to the

Is my donation secure?
Absolutely. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. We will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations, and we will only share personal information if you have given us specific permission to do so.
Do I get a receipt?
A donation receipt will be sent to the email address provided on this form. Please be sure to keep a copy of the receipt for tax purposes. If you select a recurring donation, a receipt will be sent each month when the donation is processed.
Is this donation tax deductible?
Yes. Shriners Hospitals for Children® is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to Shriners Children's™ are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (EIN 36-2193608). To claim a donation as a deduction on U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. Receipts are issued via email upon successful completion of a donation. Shriners Children’s™ is a registered name under which Shriners Hospitals for Children conducts activities.
How does Shriners Children's use funds?
At Shriners Children's™, stewardship is one of our core values. We work hard to make sure your gifts are used in the most efficient and effective manner.
How can I make changes to my monthly gift?
If you need to make a change to your gift amount, credit card number or billing information, please call 855-401-4897 or email us at donorrelations@shrinenet.org and a member of our donor services team will be happy to assist you. For your own protection, please do not include credit card numbers in any email communications. You can also manage your gift by clicking on "Manage my Donation" at the bottom of your receipt.
